So our policies are very simple.

We guarantee our work.

• All bracelets are 30 day guarantee from time of purchase. If there is a fault, an error in sizing either by us or by the customer, we are focused on delivering the item you need.
• Dog leads, the same as bracelets. 30 days guarantee from time of purchase.
• Boot laces! 1 YEAR GUARANTEE! yes you see that correctly 1 year! No we're not crazy, we love the Tough as old boots laces here. If for whatever reason they break (which they shouldn't) or the metal tips come off, we will straight up swap them out for you.

When it comes to the process. We want to keep it simple and as hassle free as possible. Email us via the website or by the email address on your purchase order. Attach photos of where the item has failed and we shall arrange postage, you send it back to us free of charge, we fix or replace the item.

If it's a wrong size item and it's our fault, we will organise the return, you post it free of charge and we shall send a new one out once the return is recieved.

If it's the wrong size and the customer has made a mistake. We will not berate you, scorn you for a silly mistake. All we ask is if you could cover half of the postage fees for the return and us then returning the right size to you, thats teamwork! And teamwork in survival saves lives!
